nowt wrong with them, better that the re-constituted crap that passes for doner kebab meat. most chicken kebab meat is breast meat with hardly any fat at all.

as you said your self its 100% chicken, not like doner kebab which is actually less that 60% lamb. the only additives are the marinade and a few herbs. iirc, the fat content of chicken kebab is less than 5% whereas doner kebab is about 10-15% fat. i know what i'd prefer

Jas is right, chicken kebab is fillets, not an 'elephants foot' shape like doner kebab. think you getin a bit confused

as above. There are two types of chicken kebabe, donner and pure breast. Our local takeaway does the pure chicken so I tell myself that it cant be that bad.

Our kebab shop only does lamb donner on the elephants leg thing. The chicken kebab is basically bits of chicken breast, cooked on a skewer, on a griddle. It isn't even fried. Healthy option imho. Not if it's backed up with chips

What you need to worry about is the salt content. The meat doesn't matter as you can eat most things on a chicken or lamb. They wouldn't put any offal in just to shit you up
