take one supercharger:

one supercharger oil cooler:

some pipe work
[pics to follow]
one fiesta st:
[insert mental image of fiesta st here]
put it on the rollers and do some mapping:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjsjSk9uZI0
only mapped to 4k so far, need to put some milage on the components to make sure they are all solid..........
also changing the dump valve to a recirculating one, we only had a twin piston one lieing about so it had to do!
how cool!

its a standard bottom end so looking to run 6psi with no intercooler, would most likely see 220bp on this car, then well add an intercooler and run 10psi.
looking at supercharging our own st which has forged rods and pistons in it, but well drop the comp ratio with some newpistons, then we should see 300bhp with the right mapping and cams

standard cars are a bit sluggish for what the yare, butthey are heavy, easily get 180+bhp from them tho. we have 240 from our 2ltr with standard management still.
as for liking superchargers, its just nice to try something different, push the bounderies a bit more!
weve done a few charger conversions now, fair few turbo conversions aswell.

whats the standard BHP and figures of the st?
also isnt the supercharger in a weird place imo, wont it be prone to damge and stuff there?
What management are you using? and whats the cost of this conversion is it all custom or a kit?

standard st's are 150bhp,
we were concerned with the location of the charger, but with trying lots of things, this is the only place it will fit and we have positioned it so that if you managed to hit the charger you will loose you sump aswell as the charger sits higher than the sump, also the mount for the charger will act as a guard. so we are confident that it will be ok there.
we use chargers from rotrex, but we spec them to suit our application.
management is standard, but we map it ourselves using the sct software

I like STs for some reason, although I imagine they are sluggish. If I ever bought one Jamsport would be my first stop

stavs, we try our best to entertain out customers! glad you enjoyed your stay and glad chris's cars better now, really need throttle bodies and management tho lol!
robin, this is for the 2ltr, its on bens car. will fit the 2.3 and 2.5 too!
stavs, we can do them for the 1.8 sri, just need some new software to map the cars with, we should have it by xmas all being well, we'll have software to do the vxr's then aswell, so well we'll be doing big turbo conversions on those!

Yeah, but what day?
If it was before Friday, I wouldn't have been able to come over anyway as I had no petrol.
I was probably still in bed anyway
