on an actual mountain bike. to my mates house and back. for no real reason other than i moved some stuff in the shed and found my bike from when i used to do a paper round back in the 90's

its just over 6 miles there, took me about 15mins and first thing i did when i got home was roll a herb.

probably was more than 15 minutes and i passed out for some of it, i dont know.was deffo under 40 for 12 miles

yeh that's what I thought

Was probably either less distance or more time.

Before I went back to uni I was cycling about 6 miles a day for just general fitness and it was taking about 30 mins (but there was a lot of up / down hill sections).
