All I mean is I leave early, because I normally get stuck in traffic, in Luton.

Richie got in late from work so i stayed up to wait for him... till 3am

Had to get up at 6 so paying for it now

and i put on 5lbs this week, yes, 5lbs!! Took me 3 weeks to loose it fucking tgi fridays/cocktails/eating too much last week because-ive-dieted-non-stop-for-26-weeks-now

No just couldn't sleep Went back to bed at 5.00 then got back up at 6.30 for wake up call, then went back to bed and thats me just got back up now

I will go to the gym, i gave myself a week off - not to binge, but i ended up going on a food bender because ive restricted myself for so long!

But 5lbs, thats gunna take me 3 - 4 weeks to get back off! I'd only just got my 4st marker (4st 1.5lbs) and now ive lost it again god dam GOD DAM
