So did a bloody long trip to essex (i know its not far but took ages) and stupidly went the m25 way and that was at a stand still!

Never the less i picked it up and got back late last nite, took it to work to have a poke around under neath on the ramp but didnt have time and ramps were busy all day.

Few things need doing but have already started the spending spree!

So what you think!

One will pop up eventually, just keep asking around on edition38, and golf forums etc!

On a plus side when you're on the hunt for it, it still looks cool as fook

You happy with it?

Love it mate, I'd love one, but considering I'm currently driving a 2005 Corsa I don't know whether I could hack changing to a much older car...

I went from a 2003 Corsa to my mk1 and I wish I'd done it sooner TBH, my Corsa was crap in comparison.

Not being funny Robin but you don't have to commute to work every day though do you? It's just a toy really? Correct me if I'm wrong!

The main thing that would worry me is the lack of power steering... I don't know whether I'd get used to it or not...

this was my bro's daily driver a couple of years ago, but he works on construction sites and it was just too low so he had to sell up

It's a daily driver, I drive about 70 miles a week for no reason, the Corsa was less reliable, and the steering on this isn't heavy enough to be a problem when parking etc.
