wtf is the point in putting a turbo on a 1.0 8v

thats like putting an alloy wheel on the front of a robin reliant

Looks nothing like a 1.0 engine, plus 1.0 engines are 12v. Looks more like a 1.2/1.4 8v

no look on the 2nd page where is the engine picture i think they have 1.0 8 v mpfi

tbh that looks like a diesel lump

not sure what it looks like maybe 1.4 8v sri lump but it has a wierd inlet?

I disagree with you...I don't know what motivates the guy on the video, but people have their personal reasons. 1.0 turbo runs faster and low on fuel than most of the stock 2.0 liter engines.

Around here is very popular the 1.0 engine, by crazy taxations reasons. Sure the 1.6 would work better, so as the 16v. Don't forget that someone driving a Elise or something can say the same words as you "Why modify a Corsa?" by this he will mean, any Corsa....

Turbo a 1.0 is the cheapest way to make it produce some power and produce some fun to the owner...
