Hello from Spain! Just got to the flat and got the internet sorted, all going well so far. Ill upload some pics later on of that hotel we stayed in last night in madrid, it was fucking amazing! The evening meal came to just over £200 for 3 people though, glad i wasnt paying!!!
Term starts next week on the 26th so i got a week to settle in and stuff, its about 27 degrees here and so many fit girls its untrue!!

Got in from a meal with my parents, just as i was about to go to bed the french girl im now living with asked me if i wanted to go out with her to a party with loads of foreign students, so i did, and had a wicked night! met loads of italian and french people, all talking in spanish all night. I also found the proper route from mine to the beach without getting lost and its only about a 2 minute walk if that

I think Im gonna be happy here hehehehe

Here's a few pics of the adventures so far...

Taking off from bristol airport

Hotel that we stayed in for the first 2 nights there, it wasnt too bad at all.

We went to the zoo in madrid, ive uploaded more pics than this in my garage but here's a few of teh animals..

and this was disgusting, i saw this bird shit out this lump of turd, then turn around and start eating it back up again!!!

Really nice sushi restaurant that we went to on the 2nd night...

THen the 3rd night we stayed in the hotel puerta de america (which i wrote about in another thread) and it was fucking amazing! We were on the 7th floor designed by Ron Arad, here's a few pics of the lobby by the lift, the corridors and the room...

We had a meal there that night in the restaurant downstairs called Lagrimas Negras (Black tears), I loved the design on the menus that the accent on Lagrimas (im on laptop and cant do accents, the 1st a should have one

) was a teardrop.
