This was my mates Escort, 1.6 bored out to 1.7, uprated cam, fireblade carbs. Some of you may have seen it on ebay recently, he only had it about a month before this happened.

Apparently someone pulled out infront of him and didnt leave enough time to stop. I guess the brakes were crap!? I couldnt say how he was driving though.

I feel sick.

I think I may actually vomit.

I now also have a pain in my chest and another in my stomach, and i'm developing one in my head as I type.

I think I may even cry a little.

So many negative emotions... rage, sorrow, shock, depression, loss, desolation. My mind can't cope. I think I'm about to have a stroke or a heart attack or similar.

Maybe a fuel hose came off with the impact I dont think anyone knows for sure?

He only paid around 2k for it iirc. It did look pretty mint though. Im pretty gutted I didnt get to go out in it properly but as I say he didnt own it long.
