Booked, leave Saturday morning

Staying in the Mediterranean Palace, Avenida de las Americas. Says its a 5* on the site we booked on.

Any idea how much spending money will be needed for 2 for 1 week - just for meals & drinks.

Meals and drinks very reasonable.

Stay clear of electrical shops and you'll have a great time!

They're full of Indian people selling things way above their recommended retail price. Also they're very deceiving in how they sell their products.

Tenerife is bangin. Went Zante this year and it wasnt a patch on Tenerfife.

Can highly recommend Rossini's restaurant. Rossini says "no good no pay"

Some clubs are 6 euro for a bottle though.

Lee, they make you buy a game with the console. Each game has around 20 games on it and then the calculator comes out and they charge for each game. They end up being over £130.

The price that's written on it is to get you in the door. I enquired about one once, and it turned out the battery and charger were separate, as well as other things, and as Marc said, ended well over the advertised price.

Niceone Colin

Me and my mate went Skiing a few months back for less than £150 each. For that we got a bed each, a small TV, fridge, cooker, sink and a bathroom. The guy who owned the hotel was sound. He even gave us 3 days skiing passes. We managed the whole holiday for £300 each.

Me and another mate are going to go away for a weekend in a couple of months when are finances are sorted.

u've picked a cracking place to stay mate

i'm just back from there and stayed next door at Parque Santiago 3.

U've got the beach right on your doorstep, designer shops, and loads of restaurants and bars right across the road. It really is the best area of las americas to stay in
