can hardly walk etc etc but i'm going paint balling friday and need my legs working a.s.a.p. whats the quickest why to heal muscles? i'm resting of course but is there anything else?

Stretch them everynow and again but not too much apart from that not alot...

im no doctor but im pretty certain you wo't be going paintballing on friday. unless you ripped the muscle months ago. it will take ages to heal

nah ripped it. went a bit mad at the gym monday.

will a cold bath help? or a hot one?

and yes, i'll be a sitting duck friday

put your leg in a cold bath, wont be a miracle cure but does help them.

Other than that your best just resting it.

define rip? has the muscle seperated from a tendon? have you torn muscle tissue? just a sprain etc etc?

If you dont know you realy should get it looked at, I wouldnt bother with a GP id go straight to a physio, if you have to pay well thats all part of the package from playing sport/going to the gym.

with muscular injuries its usually ICE immediately after the injury and then heat in the proceeding hours/days.

get it looked at though fella.

get a wheelchair, kit it out with armour plating/cardboard plating and become the tank of the day

i don't think its that serious seth. i know i just need to rest but it usally takes a week or two. its annoying tbh.

i think i've ripped the muscle tissue if anything i dunno.
