hi,
yes, i could make the rear cards, the only problem is that they fix on with those push pin things, so customers would have to take the brackets off their original rear cards and bond them onto the back of the carbon ones, i wasnt sure if people would be willing to do that.

i could make the door pockets allthough they would have to be made in two pieces,

i'm also looking into making the a,b,c pillars and possibly the parcel shelf and the headliner could even be made. i can make most things in carbon, but its all a matter of interest, if people want them then ill start making them,

Here we go again. It's common practice to lay up carbon with fibreglass to increase strength. I'm not sure why he is saying it reduces cost because a lot of the time fibreglass is just as expensive in it's plain form. Plus that's quite a reasonable price because did you stop to think how much time it takes to make a good quality mould and how much time it takes to lay up the materials and set the mould up to get a good quality cosmetic weave like that?

I'd need to have production moulds made in the shape of the original door cards, and then I'd be able to sell you a pair of carbon panels.
