Gotta get from the highlands of scotland to manchester on friday night/sat morning

sleeper train is too expensive so i've been searching flights,

flights to manchester are out of the question as they are £250 +

is East midlands airport quite a bit away or is it reasonable enough to ask a car dealer to meet me there from Radcliff as thats where the car dealer is based.

ive tried liverpool too, but the flight is early morning friday, to get the same flight on saturday im looking at an extra £200

the other option is a 10 and a half hour bus journey to manchester then drive my new car home which i dont really like the sound of,

so is east midlands airport reasonable or is it too far from manchester?

east midlands is probably over 90 miles from radcliffe as its north manchester. quite a way to ask them to meet you tbh.
