when i get the new car first things im buying are fibreglass bonnet, wings, and a custom fibreglass boot - So you can fit it properly so no scal dicks rip it off at the pins and steal anything thats not nailed down. like a mate of mine found out the hard way

just make them yourself, use your doorcards as a mould, and put the matting down and pour on the resin, then probs do a couple of layers, you may need to cook it tho, so look into using an industrial type of heater thing.

just got this email back
quote: andy,
thanks for the interest in the door cards. Yes it's possible for us to produce you some contoured door cards for your corsa, but as you may expect its more expensive than flat panels. I'd need to have production moulds made in the shape of the original door cards, and then I'd be able to sell you a pair of carbon panels. The cost of this one-off moulding is £150 per side, and then £95 per side for each part. As you can see the initial costs are high, but if you can generate more interest in these then I'd be able to split the moulding costs, or even cover them myself if you can organise a 'group buy' of 10 or more sets.
I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any questions or if there's anything else I can help you with.
best regards, Mike
group buy anyone...
