If they were to raise the drinking age, then there would be debates about raising the smoking age too.

It wont work as people will find alcohol a new thing/experiance then and act the same. Only difference is they will be 21 not 18

Would probably be a good idea but can't see it happening, whatthe fuck would all the 18-21 yr olds do on a saturday night ( I Suppose that's the point but still)

personally think its stupid to be honest! will prob lead more people onto drugs at that age or to go out and find other ways of wsating time on a friday nite etc! robbing, stealing etc

imo if you raise it to 21 then there will be more younger drinkers doing under-age drinking. The clubs would suffer from this aswell as then no 18-20 would be allowed in

wont happen,, smart cards ye can you picture going to a bar in a club and them saying can i have ur card ud be like wtf give me my drink, imo leave the age at 18 but harsher punishment for people who buy alcohol for underage people.
