hmmmm well there was fuck all comin the other way hence the overtaking... but everything is against me, the fact that the judge lost his son due to an accident envolving a younger driver, the fact that im young and drive a modified car... oh and also the fact that every police officer around here knows me or knows of me

well iv been charged with dangerous driving because i overtook over the chevronned area. So i think its more to do with the charge of dangerous driving all depends how the officer at the time sees it, a young lad with a loud car overtaking some cars over a chevroned area

Dont you just get a section 59 order for dangerous driving?

Obviously if you're endangering somebody you dont, i mean for little things like accelerating too fast etc?

thought you were only not allowed to overtake on solid white lines?

how much were you breaking the speed limit by when over taking?

This country is fucked up always the legit people who get messed up and the ones with no insurance etc seem to get away with it with just a slap on the wrist.

Maybe with the car, anything you wanted to do with it but couldnt afford to take it off road because you needed to use it.
If it was me I would sale it and save for the year because the insurance is going to be quite alot

Good luck tho mate.
