between 6k and 8 ish usually. 100bhp and 177 lb ft yes there ok for tuneing, mines runing 130-135 bhp and 230 lbs ft ish (cant b sure with out rr) with just filter, exhaust system and tuneing box

sounds quite good does that,

so in theory with a bigger turbo of some form and more boost along with your mods you could see 150 bhp and possibly near 300 lb/ft
