I got my statements through today, £1012 of charges, but I'm with HSBC (sort of) so I'm fucked
What do I do, wheres the link for the letter I need to send?

i have my letters with the proof of charges ready to be sent off. i just need to make copys to keep for my self before i send them. Its only £465 with barclays. 31 charges at £15 each lol
Most major banks are stopping or slowing down the claims now arent they?. I'm not sure how i will get on, with my luck they will refuse it

Did they close your account with them after they sent you the cheque? I want my charges back, but for the sake of a hundred quid or so I don't want to loose my account as I'm happy with Natwest's service
