cut out, fuel pump relay at fault, changed relay,wont start,checked spark plugs, there wet with fuel and well sooted up, cleaned plugs,wont start, recovered home from the EA meet

Sounds like a problem I used to get on mine. I just had to clean the plugs & it was usually fine

Is it mapped yet? If not It must be that, or at least it won't be helping anyway!

its due to be mapped on tuesday so just my luck is messes up now. been fine for the last 1100 miles though will try new plugs tomorrow and see where i go from there. i think its definatly a ecu/wiring related problem.

If they get soaked enough from fuel, for some reason they dont spark well at all.
Best just replacing them.

If they get that caked they just don't work properly, especially if the car isn't fueling right.

car should be fueing right being as its mapped in order for him to run in.... id get the fuel pump relay sorted if thats clickig on and off
