Supposed to be taking the missus to Bluewater on her birthday to the Oakley shop, do some other bits of shopping and have a meal out. She insists on going to Bluewater for the Oakley shop, but I don't know how the rest of it is?
Anyone been to both? What is the best in terms of shops & food places to have proper sit down meal etc?!
Don't want to drive all that way and Bluewater be shite when MK is about 40mins away I know Lakeside is fairly close to Bluewater, but what would you guys recommend, as I've never been to either!

Bluewater is overpriced and doesn't have that much good kit in there.
I usually go to BW, wawlk out with nothign, go to thurrock, come home with loads of clothes.
So i'd say thurrock.

Bluewater has lots of chavs.
Also lots of fanny.
BW also has a better race track
We went through the carparks there the other day on the bikes (3 of us) to see how many car alarms we could set off
Clothes wise, Thurrock is better.
Comfort, more civilised, more restaurants etc, bluewater..

all shopping centres are chav/emo/goth/children pits its just which ones have less, or better security to move them on....

Nahhhhh, you can't see round the corners at Thurrock. Mostly just straight lines, few corners.
BW your mostly constently on some kinda bend, with some great chicanes (roundabouts) places in good locations
Awesome track. It should be opened one evening as a track day and a prize for the person with the quickest lap.
