do you have to be driving for a certain time or over a ceratin age to use them?

I used it when I was 19 didnt know you had to be 21 and the car was fully modified

If i don't drive like a tool it should be ok.... but really don't want to risk it, not worth it imo

Yeah the same one that went down to Luton with me to pick up that car
