Because we are the morons who dish out the money to other people.

America don't give money, they lend, and we wouldn't go there again

Surely the insurance of the householders pay out? Why would we need aid.

Not that i would want to be in that position but that is what insurance is for ain't it...

TBH it's not 'that' bad at the end of the day, why on earth would other countries be rushing to give aid, not as if we don't have the infrastructure to deal with it here.

Yes, but we're just some poor rich people who's TV's and nice houses have been flooded. We don't live in houses made from cow shit, all infected by AIDS and don't have any food or clean water. Yes I know certain areas have to boil thier water before they can drink it, but FFS, all you need to do is get the water from a tap and put it in a kettle. It's not like we have to walk 20 mils to a pond of stagnent water, carry it back in 100 degree heat, then boil it over a shitty fire. Hell, we could even get in our cars which caused all this flooding in the first place where the Police will give us 8 bottles of clean water in plastic bottles if needs be.

the levels of carbon in the atmosphere follow the temp changes, not the other way round, so makes fuck all difference how much carbon you give off.
