it was about 7 years old anyway and had a big growth on the side of its head, It did well really, Im gonna get a few little uns to put in it

We had one in the pond, it liked laying on the bottom lots, when poked with a stick, he perked up for a few seconds then went to lay back down.

My grandad saw it, scooped it out and dinked it on the head with a lead rod. Didn't like to see it suffer, it looked fine to me - just a bit lazy

No it was dead. It was 18 years old. I left it quite a while to make sure. Trust me!

Its well known that Goldfish can sink when dead.

It was upside down with at the bottom of the tank, are you telling me it would be startled if it was alive and scooped out
