Anybody ever made a complaint about a Mcdonalds.. I had the rudest stuck up cow ever at one today so Ive just complained online..

What usually happens, freebies etc..

kano i havent personally but i saw a group of 3 lads complain to the manager at the glenrothes mcdonalds and they all got free meals... they were walking out with loads of food lol

I wa sgonna jump in the window and shove her head in the milkshake machine.. The way she spoke to me was shocking especially when I had 20 quid in my hand waiting to pay...

Strong but well written so they didnt think i was just in it for freebies etc..

Just asked them to reply on their opinions of the situation. Also said I wouldnt be using any of their branches again and I'd tell all family, friends and workmates of my experience.

Kano - i work for mcdonalds as a manager and really we just give you free food to shut you up

plus you only get free food the first time you complain

A know quite a lot of people that have complained and get a complete new meal

I know a lad that got a burger but it didnt have gerkins on, so ate most of it and took it back to get a new one..

Out with a new one with gerkins, he took them off and slapped them on the floor..

Thats all he wanted them for

the store i transfered to yesterday have a member off staff beat up a customer cos they complained about him

Anyway if you want free food complain in the sotre and then ring up head office ( not the customer care number) and complain to them as they normally send out around £15 in vouchers depends if you play up to it

my dad phoned up because my sister didn't get one of these free biscuit things with her happy meal (was years ago)

we managed to get 2 quarter pounder meals, a big mac meal and 2 happy meals free + 5 drinks LOL
