The Irmscher ones aren't E marked either. The E marking is on the reflectors, so you need to stick them on, or you just put them on magnets and only fit them at MOT time.
Also, you wont get them much cheaper than £100 either.

i can get the ones without the e-mark for bowt £65,which i dont think is bad and stick my own reflectors in,so i could save about £100

would it be ok to use the non E-Marked MHW rear lights is there any difference in them from E-Marked ones apart from them not having the reflector in them?

You need red rear reflectors on your car
Black lights have no reflectors on them,
Stick some red reflectors on youll be fine

I'd say tinted standard one's would look better but yeah, the smoked set you would like would look good too.
