Its always that lot isn't it, if there is a scam or a way around the system its that lot that are exploiting it.
They have no respect for our country or our laws, and why should they, its not their native country, thats why they live in absolute shit holes and have no manners.

...and whenever I see a bit of bad driving I always say to whoever is in the car with me that its going to be a non Anglo Saxon person, and 9 times out of 10 it is.
Obtaining a driving license in Pakistan or India or DurkhaDurkhastan where you pull a rickshaw shouldn't mean that you are entitled to drive a motor vehicle in this great nation of ours.

Shazad Akhtar, 34, of Bolton Street, was sentenced to 200 hours of community service and ordered to pay £500 costs after pleading guilty to 22 counts of obtaining and attempting to obtain driving licences by deception.
Mushtaq Ahmed, 37, of Roundthorn Road, was fined £200 for obtaining a driving licence by deception.
the names say it all tbh.

Fined £500 quid after making £11,000
So 22 driving licenses obtained at a cost of £500 a time = £11,000
He should be put in prison and left to rot. Where is the deterent, whats going to stop him doing it again?

What happens regarding head dress for driving tests/photo cards. Can veils etc be worn?
If so then that makes this kind of scam even easier
