apparently the car is a trailor queen and not working at all. VW even tried to con people at the launch by playing the engine/exhaust noise through a very impressive PA system - very naughty! According to PVW magazine they 'heard' the car run but then put there hands on the turbo which was stone cold as was the rest of the engine

indeed it is!! Apprently it was seen moving by its own at GTi but of course there could well be an engine in the front still

I saw it drive off the stand, and round to the trailer. There's a vid on Porka, i'll find it.
