Firstly.
Hi Everyone! just signed upto corsa sport.
Does anybody know what the legal requirement is for how much light the headlights/rear lights have to emit? Im trying to subtly make my car nicer on the cheap being at college full time and all, i dont have the time to get a decent job. And am thinking of taking the light casing thing off (dunno what it's actual name is) and tinting it, just so the lights looks a little bit darker, but still let enough light through.
This may not make any sense.. Ah well..
If you understand what i mean, reply and give us yer thoughts
Cheers.
Rich.

Buy the proper parts. You'll spend longer messing and its potentially dangerous.
Keep an eye on the Classifieds on here, something will come up cheap.
ps. welcome

Welcome...
You need to take the cover off the light and remove the inside bit (as shown in red in the pic) then spray that black
Don't spray the cover!

Hmmm doubt it, normally looks bad when you tint the actual glass. IIRC Boyracer2002 did it on his ex-birds purple corsa, didn't look as good as these imo.
