something like a yb corsa wouldn't be fwd, surely going to the effort of fitting it you would atleast make it rwd or even 4wd.

Cossie YB would fit. Though bulkhead modifications may be needed as the turbo is on the back if you fitted it to a Corsa and used it for FWD.

Shimano Hamstertech (motorsport development firm down south) built a stripped out C36GET engined track corsa. God knows how they crammed a 3.6 twin turbo in there

Anything would fit providing you had the right tools. If you could make your own driveshafts hubs and CV's you could do whatever the hell you wanted to.

You can fit any Engine into any car if you have the skills of the money to do so.

All you have to do is space frame the car to take the engine.

I recon a YB 4x4 Conversion you would be looking the best part of £3000 labour plus parts.

Look in the back of my corsa and you can see you would be able to mount most engines in there......

Could you fit a YB engine in the standard engine bay (with trimming/cutting/modifing bulkhead/mounts etc) or would it have to be in the back?
