A lad at my new job has some serious issues! He comes in late every day, what makes it worse is that its flexi time and he still can't get here. He says he falls back to sleep and misses his bus! He can't sleep on a night and spends most of the night staring at the ceiling, he takes 1 hr for dinner and 30minutes of that is a snooze! Hes been to the doctors and was told to exercise more, makes sense! Hes never clean shaven, his shirt wasn't ironed yesterday and generally looks a mess! He keeps saying how he hates his life, job, has no money, coming to work would solve that! I was sat across from him this afternoon and it was depressing just looking at him at his desk! Said he didn't want to go home because of all the arguing, I was actually surprised to see him on Monday as I was convinced he was going to end it!

I have being, he doesn't seem to want to listen really, just smiles when you offer advice!

He didn't seem too bad when we were chatting on the bus though.
