The fact that she told you what she did is proabably a good thing. She didnt wanna keep it from you, maybe she felt really guilty & wants to make a fresh start? Might be worth trying to talk things through with her. If you cant sort things out then at least you'll know you tried.
And if you do decide to forgive her, think of all the bj's you're gonna get over the coming weeks as she shows her appreciation
