No restrictions, Sam last year had a mansion. Had seperate living quarters and everything, I peeked in but the Butler kicked me out.

You can have tent's as a big as you want I like to opt for the 8 man option with 2 seperate bedrooms and a main living quarter, I often find this is complimented well with a pool and then a nice chair set up outside for bant:
