just coming out of college today and come to a mini-roundabout. stopped, and looked both ways and checked again, pulled out slowly, BANG! A-class driven by f**king a un-insured driver hit me and totally ripped my front bumper off and most of the front

then carried on and went into a golf - knocking it 10m! then they scattered and left one of their mates in the car who had to be cut out!

trust me damage is

probable write off

driver was on a provisional and un-insured.

and all 5 occupants have been caught. 2 have broken arms

p.s. whats the legal procedings for this? do you not get compensation for your car? if it's off them, how do you definitely know you will get your money?

all 5 people have been caught and they "borrowed" the car so the owners will be having some questions asked aswell.

someone couldnt't feel/move their legs. had to be cut out! had to wait around for 3 hours for it to all be cleared and all statements taken

yes i was hit by an uunisured in a nicked car, they caught them eventually and it went to court, but because most of thes badgers dont have any money anyway you generally dont get anything, and the courts dont reallly care tbh

no affence to anyone on here... but they were all asians, and had access to a newish merc. I know nothing will come of it but i hope they're banned from passing for a while to teach them
