Builders found a 500lb WW2 bomb about 100m from my flat in London (they're starting to build some more flats there).
Came home from work to find I couldn't get within 500m of my street. Taken me hours to get back into the building -- they're letting me stay the night but the Army are outside as the Met bomb squad didn't wanna touch it
So if you don't hear from me...

Some idiot took a bomb they had down the 'Tidy Tip' (local recycling and wastage place). As a result, the nearby Sainbury's was evacuated, causing chaos on the A1 he knew it wasn't live, but forgot to tell everyone else. And he thought of disposing of it there, where you take wood, glass etc. Bloomin' goon.
