Cracks glued up with isocyanate mitre bonding glue, works a treat 


Then a quick test... take one nearly finished Corsa:

add the top part of a post 97:

and the bottom half of an Irmscher airdam (Rieger apron stylee):

Then once you're happy, break out the fun stuff:



Then rebuild the slatted grill (again with isocyante yada yada) and add some mesh to reinforce it Not sure if I should paint the mesh black yet...

Best part was that I got the post 97 and a new radiator in exchange for my old League alloys, one of which was buckled

Yup, do all my own spraying now. There's a few bits that aren't perfect but it's been done on a budget/tight schedule, so I'm happy tbh.

Been out this morning, removed the securing clamps/screws, and it's rock solid Hung it on the car again along with the grill and everything fits more tightly than it ver did before.
Ba da ba ba booowwww, I'm lovin' it.
