I remember a while back I was really bad, and my mum took me shopping and got me 7 massive steaks and ordered me to have one a night for a week

What is exactly that you stick in?? At the mo Ive been told to take my pills with orange juice, for the vitamin c to help absorb the iron.
I had ham egg and chips at the pub, so had some tiny meat!
PS Im there at the sausage party too

Make sure you drink orange juice when you have eggys its very difficult to absorb iron from eggs without vitamin c.
If you can manage to stay away from the artificial vitamins as its difficult for your body to deal with that amount in one go, its also fake so your body struggles to absorb it as efficiently as the real stuff from food.
Lots of green veg are good as they contain iron and vitamin c together.
Do you like spinach?
Ive got an amazing receipe for spinach and feta in chicken - i never liked spinach before i made that. I can dig it out for you

I don't eat a meal unless at least one animal has died. I even make sure the cow has been killed for my milk for my bowl of oats for breakfast
