What's their claims procedure etc like i.e. getting the car fixed after an accident.
Although Zurich don't really allow any mods, their service was 2nd to none when I had my accident.

That's another thing when considering insurance
Ask yourself "how much do I need a car?". I need one for Uni, as there isn't really a way of getting there by bus or train. I had an accident, phoned insurance company to get recovered, were there within the hour, took me straight to repair centre, and I drove away in a courtesy car, and could go to Uni the next day. That service was excellent, and worth paying the extra compared to another company, if you really need a car.
