Turbo S (Ruf one pictured)

Such an awsome car, if only i had the 40 odd grand for a 1996 - 1997 twin turbo/turbo S Expensive for a car thats 10 years old, but it looks so much better than the models porsche are doing now! Saw a German modified one a few years back pushing 607brake (if i remember correctly), 0 - 60 in 3.2secs, 0 - 130 in 10secs

993 was the last of the air cooled engines, this alone makes it worth getting.

i prefer them over the 996 any day!

They are sexy as hell, look more purposeful than the newer ones.

I would still prefer a gt3 rs though.

ruf are tuners, and the first pic i posted was one of there display models (i believe). that German 600brake in the ruf red would suit me down to a T

i agree though, it's a combination of the arches and front that does it for me - the whole car seems to flow really well. Only thing im not sure about the 993's is the interior, looks really dated by todays standard, but then thats to be expected with a 10yr old car.
