A little illegal i know, but its for a gumball-type rally and wanting to get some blues and twos on the go. Just wondering if anyone knew any good places/websites to ask around or sell such items?

Have looked on ebay, not a great deal. American Ebay is loaded with the stuff, but it all seems pretty expensive and no doubt i'll be slapped with import tax and probably an officer knocking on my door

Give these guys a ring, tell them you're rebuilding an imported US cop car and they'll be able to help you out.

What about finding some scrappy that specialises in old emergency services vehicles?

I know they take the sirens off, but often see the lights still on etc!?

A friend I go biking with has a flashing blue LED rear light strip thing. Has a push button switch, but if you're a dab hand with soldering iron and circuit boards etc, you could wire it into the car.

Had this done to me, by a focus and a few months later by a vectra in both case they were driving well over the speed limit and like badgers with shopping lists down the side

had it done to me by a dark cavalier down the a127 and almost made me hit a lorry immature and stupid.

Did anyone see the focus rs with them in the gumball, this car came flying past us with lights flashing and sirens aloud, little did he know he was shortly after a real police car which he probably caught up with eventually.
