Right,

Changed mind on next car, again! Originally planned to get a Leon Cupra R, but i think i want a "sports" car of some sort instead. Looked at the above at the weekend and here are pro's & con's.

VX220
+ Looks, sense of speed, handling, price
- Practicality (not sure on the getting in and out scenario), interior

RX8
+ Looks, practicality, interior
- Running costs

TT
+ Interior, looks
- Girly?

Need more suggestions really, looked at the Clio V6, 350Z, S2000 but insurance on those for some reason is sky high.

Price range of 11-13k

Not the RX8, not the TT, so out of those 3, needs to be the VX.

None of them would be my choice, not sure what I'd buy though.

I'd be very tempted, VX220 is nice too though.

ive driven a mates vx220 turbo and it felt great, handling was amazing on the twisies and gave a nice grin factor

vx220 is basically a lotus elise, i think it would be a great choice of car! rx8 are ok, audi is too common!

myself i would go for either a lotus elise or exige depending on the budget

but out of those three the vx220

out if the the above i would say rx8 as i drive them and work on them at work. altho they dont like been driven slowly.

The VX is definately the coolest car on that list.


Its rarer
Its more hardcore
It'll turn more heads
It'll be a funner drive


Also are all of them removable hard tops?

If so then thats another good point

Which ever way, not the RX8. I can't stand them, and they're everywhere around here! The VX220 and TT225 are on my possible short list for new cars too.

Out of them, it'd be the TT for me.
They're quick enough, handle well and have enough space for whatever shopping bags etc.
With the new TT out, prices should be looking good too.
