Looking for a fun car for summer I have a budget of 7k
At the mo my heart is set on a 2.8 Z3 I can't see anything as cheap to insure with similar performance for the money!

But I don't want to limit myself to looking at z3s can anyone suggest a decent alternative

Astra surely is not as quick as the z3 and wouldn't it lose more money?

As for an e36 it would have to be an M3 and insurance is sky high!

can get astra coupe turbo with almost 200bhp but maybe not in ur price range,,

Can see what he means though astra is probably not as fun as a rwd 2 seater, but I wouldn't personally touch a z3.

Yes but i'd also lack the 2.8straight 6 LSD and RWD. Z3 is quite camp I admit but aren't most 2seater convertibles???

Not for 7k and again insurance is a nightmare!

Insurance on an S1 Elise would be less than the Z3.

I very much doubt that robin z3 is £1200FC only group 16 elise is group 20 haven't got a quote
