i laugh at people that sit in front of mirrors lifting weights its so so gay, and not a great help to your body generally, the best form of excercise is anaerobic

i would read up on creatine before you start taking it. best thing you can do is join a gym with a solid workout plan and start from there.
if you only work your chest, abs and arms you will just look like some gay underwear model and you wont really become strong.
i suggest you add this website in your favourites http://bodybuilding.com/fun/index.html and use the forums on there, pick yourself a decent workout program and away you go. all the info you will ever need is on that site

thats fair enough but you get idiots in everything. plus nothing instills discipline in respect to diet and motivation than weightlifting. but the guys flexing it who aren't on steroids have my admiration. imo they have a right to pose lol

You are on about the numerous billy big arm's you get, generally throwing weights about etc. One kid that goes to same gym as me comes in jeans.
There are some proper numpties about.

yup theres some todgers in any gym but same as any sport really theres nothing wrong with wanting to have a good looking body.
But theres a difference in wanting to look big and getting fit.
With me i go to the gym as it helps with my sport MMA plus i like to look fit aswell .
Regardless of what any one says every one who works out still likes to here admiration and what not from there friends/strangers.
As for were to start with your plan
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbinfo.php?page=BeginningBodybuildingBasics
theres hundreds of beginer articles have a look through.
theres a pretty sound beginer workout if you just want to get into it, full body work out 3 times a week.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/luis9.htm
but like i said have a read round the site first understand how mucles are built ect and relize its mostly about your diet not just the gym.
And dont forget dont just work on your upper body work your legs they are as important as the rest of your body.
And dont forget to get a 6 pack you need to drop your body fat not hit the crunch machine.

Theres appoximatly 1 billion of these threads on here.
take protein 3 times a day if you cant eat it by the shakes.
If you like creatine 30min before training
thing with creatine is the loading phase and then when to come off it
just read up on a proper site.Theres that many things you can take we could be here forever

Not all creatine requires loading, the best stuff to take is Creatine Ethyl Ester in caps form, dont take powder its a pain.. Oh and as for that argos s***e i wouldn't bother. What the hell does argos know about selling supplements. try www.affordablesupplements.com
Start with a simple training program back/bis, chest/tris, legs/shoulders 3 day split. For bulking consume your bodyweight in pounds in grams of protein, double that for carbs and no more than 70g of fat per day, ideally over 5-8 meals, if u cant do it through food use protein shakes or meal replacement. If your going for just pure protein get a 100% pure whey, as fo meal replacement just check the values of carbs/fats/proteins and make sure its not loaded with sugars.
Hope this helps.. good luck

OK GET A CLUE DUMBASS ----- Resistance training helps increase bone density which will reduce your risk of osteoporosis, especially in women. Combined with C.V. (cardiovascular) work it will also increase your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) which means that even when your not working out you will still burn more calories than normal. Ideal for people trying to lose weight. Thats why diet is important for people bulking up, because you are expending more calories, so u need to eat more, this is where supplements come in.
Oh an anaerobic exercise means without the use of oxygen, i.e. working maximally for anything upto about 30 seconds at the most, which is, guess what? most resistance exercises... although some do fall into using the lactic acid energy system.. Your still talking bollox.......

not many men get osteoporosis, its thought osteoporosis in women is caused by hormone from "the pill" getting into water systems, so not that relevant to a man as a need to do weight training.
as for the anaerobic thing, yes your right i meant aerobic, which is better for you generally than weight training
