Why is it only the women take days off work?
In the past half year, every single female employee took days off work.
Then moan and complain to me if i don't lend a sympathetic ear?
Quite frankly, if they don't come into work, they don't get paid.
I have a fucking business to run and i always end up doing their jobs. I employ them for a fucking reason!
Stupid bitches can go fuck themselves if they want me to feel sorry for them 
And if you think i'm a heartless bastard, i'm far from it. At the end of the day, i've got to look after myself and the money coming in.
PS. I'm going to shoot them now

i worked as a temp over the summer (uni hols) doing everything from construction, wearhouse, drivers mate and removal porter.....each place i went to had a Polish employee....they work hard take my word for it, just dont understand why there are so many of them (iirc i heard there are more Poles in UK than in their capital city?)

It's a takeaway.
I have 2 drivers and 3 counter assistants and 1 kitchen staff. Each one of them are retards when it comes to days off.
Polish people don't seem very reliable if i'm honest

Everyone is entitled to days off, thats why we have sick pay, if someone isnt up to the job then why drag them selfs into your sweat factory and make them selfs feel worse then they already are?
Yes you should listen to them moan and help them solve their problems, at the end of the day you are the boss and you should care about the wellfare of your employees who represent the company.
If some cunt came to my door delivering my a chinky and he/she looked like he had bird flu all fucked up, am I going to pay for infected food? EMA>

Everybody is entitled to days off.
And they are fully aware of that.
If its due to them being sick, i don't have them come in to work at all.
Its the fact that they're blatantly not sick and its a sunny day, or its a party, or its their horse hasn't been cleaned etc.
I don't understand why its the women that don't understand the concept of work. They get paid way more than anybody else in the same field of work.
