When your work collegues are rushed off their feet, phones buzzing away loads of work on, and your sitting there doing absolutely JACK SH1T
I'm not allowed to get stressed out as it can cause me a flair up, I sit here ticking boxes and getting paid handsomely for it

I wouldn't feel guilty. It would however make me wonder whether I'm doing the best I can in life.

See, I don't get that. Work is the smallest part of my life, I talk to nobody and my life starts when I get home. As long as my work pays for my lifestyle why should I care what I'm doing? If I'm being paid to sit on my arse and talk crap on here and tick boxes and I can have 2 holidays a year, a place of my own and 2 cars then who am I to complain?

Fool, most of us have to spend 8 hours a day 5 times a week at work so you might aswell make the best of it and be the best you can be. Why settle for 2 holidays when you can have 4, why settle for a place for your own where you can have a home in multiple countries. At the end thats the way you want to live your life but some of us have more ambition then that, some of us want to make a name for ourselfs and be the very best that we can be.

But then when you have 4 holidays you will want 8, and when you have 8 you will want 16, where does it stop?
Don't call me a fool either, especially you.

i get restless when thing are (were) like that.... I often felt i was wasted when i was doing tasks i believed to be below me or menial.
I'm very bored at the moment. Havent worked for 4 months.... run out of things to occupy me really. Skyline is in the garage. Pottered with the 911 this morning but it needs new parts for the bits i want to fix.
Cany afford to spend any money either - i think thats why i'm so bored.

Work takes up enough time in the day, you might aswell take advantage of the time and be the best you can be.
At the end of the day Oliver, as long as you are happy thats what counts because thats what life is all about.

i was in this situation for 6 months.
I sat online all day every day, got paid, went home.
Still try to do that now, but got much more work. Did i feel guilty, yes. Did i feel it was hindering my career, yes. Do i wish i'd just sat and read something to enhance my career instead of wasting time playing FHM Top 100 games, yes..
Arse... Oh well..
