Deadlifts = fucking horrible! i just couldnt get the technique correct with them, especialy with my cousin telling me to bend my legs so its like a squat! wich is wrong from what i have seen when watching pro's deadlift, they always bend there backs ever so slightly but keep it straight in the middle. i couldnt even deadlift 100kg.. legpress wasnt bad though i could probably do about 250 - 350kg but only 5-8 reps. but squats are the best i think. i need to join the gym again

i only do the leg press for my legs. dont do any other excercise.. so gotta chuck it in somewhere

im not really working my legs at all, as i dont want them to get much bigger.

i normally just throw the leg press in on my cardio day, but totally forgot this week. so did it yesterday which was my back & abs day.
