Direct line are gay. Im 22, 4 years no claims never had an acident in my life yet they wont cover me on th silver car untill Im 25

Its because its modified (factory stuff though)

So my old policy runs out today at midnight & I need to find a new one before then

Can someone suggest a few companies to ring, obviously only suggest ones that will be able to give a decent quote

Cheers

Brentacre Matt. They only really seem to charge for engine mods as I got told I could do anything to the car cosmetically and wouldn't get charged for it

try HIC, they was the only people that would insure me on my 2.0 corsa an it was cheaper than my renual quote on my 1.4 so give them a try, ask for martin he goes the extra mile to get you the best possible quote

They are superb they have just sorted out three options and have already got my legal representatives on standby....kept me in the loop and rang me back everytime they said they would...fucking ace first time I've dealt with a decent insurer.

Was with HIC before for three years who will insure you via Highway just like Brentacre. Back then they didnt seem as on the ball when someone crashed into my Corsa many years ago

I went with HIC when I was 21 with 4 years NCB. Same engine car as you and a few mods was something like £360 fully comp all mods insured.
