is their company that green? duno why but the colour makes it look dated and id ossibly try it so the image in the logo was as opaque 
reminds me of the britas empire haha! 
but i like it looks simple and effective!!!

which browsers do you speak of? iv tested it ok in ie6, ie7, firefox and on my pda 
 
it shall be reproduced in css, i always design stuff using tables, then recode it to css, i find it easier that way

I'd make the buttons a touch bigger on the homepage - looks pretty small to me on a decent resolution.....certainly compared with the big, bold text on the left hand side.

website looks like it was designed by a child tbh, and your rollover links change the background to the same colour as the font on some of the links, great design

not had time to update our site, as we are too busy being a successful design firm... currently working on contracts with microsoft and a few others... so when you have a decent job like mine running a company then ill take your criticism on board. 
 
and for your information the design is a style i doubt your familiar with, xhtml and css, in a web 2.0 style
