Just thought id post up a few pics of my Corsa 20XE. Fitted it all with my dad and its now done about 5k with only a small problem with the AFM, caused by a rather large puddle. Other than that its ran like a dream

Went to give it a run out on a rolling road today but found out that its running a rather extreme 1.45 degrees of neg camber both sides so kept slipping the rollers & messing up the readings. Il post up a printout of the results once I get the camber re-adjusted. Did find out that its running abit too lean at 1/14.6 ratio but the bhp & torgue ballpark figures looked about right from what we could tell so nothing major wrong

Going to get a custom DTA map sorted in the summer so can adjust the fueling etc & optimise a few other bits. The guys I went to knew their stuff pretty well

He must have paid extra for the CDA sticker.

Nice engine, not keen on the styling of the car though.

Na it drops down and is held in place just behind the lower grill mate. It was a bit of a squeeze but the feed is big enough to ensure nothing is restricted. I had thought of having it down the wheel arch which would have been alot easier but id heard too many things about crap off the road getting chucked up into the feed. Decided that it would be worth the extra hasstle to get it behind the grill and so far had no problems

With you doing the conversion yourself mate how much did it cost you roughly? Just trying to weigh up how much the difference would be fitting it myself or getting someone with experience of the engines to fit it.
