I'm a light weight when it comes to drinking, i get very bad hangovers.

People always have these techniques to prevent them or cure them as soon as possible the next day.

What's yours?

Greasy fry up, drinking loads of water? etc

I'm out tonight but also have plans on Sunday and can't be feeling shit

you need to rehydrate yourself so plenty of water.
Also you will find that your blood sugar levels are very low so you need greasy/sugary foods to wake you up.

yeah same as this ^^^ really. normally chuck 2 pints of water down when i get home and take a third pint to bed for when i wake up with a dry mouth.
get up early too, if i have plans at 10 i'll get up about 6, that way i'll have got over the worst of it by the time i go out

got tanked up last night, made myself sick when i got home, almost pissed myself as i couldnt get my belt open on my jeans and the button fly had become too advanced for my intoxicated brain to overcome, managed at the last second, cut it fine though.

2 pints of water and a couple of paracetamol as throwing up had given me a headache.

went to bed and awoke 12 hours later still pissed and bruise over my right eye (fuck knows how i got that)

attempted to make a fry up but didnt have all the necessary ingredients, so basically heated a frying pan, and threw in anything half edible in the fridge along with a tin of beans.

it is now almost 24 hours after i had supped my first pint, and i can honestly say.........I feel fuckin rough!!

Was well worth it though!

Goin out in about half an hour to do it all again!

Well. I had about 8 pints and a few bottles. I had a bottle of water and some food before we left the club.

I went back to a girls flat who i had met out that nite (nothing happened but seeing her tonight)

No hangover and feel on top of the world

As Jambo said, Lucozade works, Sport is especially good.

I usually drink a pint of water before going to bed. Dr Pepper works too.
