mine is probably Lance Armstrong..

to overcome all that he has. He is mazin.

(otherwise its that dad who takes his son on those ironman/triathalon events, he is amazing too)

Couple of my close mates are my heros, they pick me up when I'm down, offer help when I need it most and keep me from going insane.

got to agrre lance armstrong has came throught alot of stuff, one of my heros is a friend of mine, he was ran over a couple of years ago and paralysed for life. joyrider hit him doing bout 60 and chucked him 25ft in d air n 70ft dwn d road in front all of us while waiting for a taxi. but he gets on wit it s it didnt happen, he jokes like saying atleast i dont need insurance n tax!. so i think hes the dogs bollox! plus he nearly turned down his compensation coz he didnt feel like he needed it! ut his mum convinced him! now hes rich~!

Don't know if I have a hero per se, but Sir Ranulph Fiennes is someone who's always impressed me.

Any guy who can amputate his own body parts in his garden shed after frostbite is a legend in my opinion.
