Today I'm having a roast turkey salad, with more salad items that you can throw a cat at. EVEN capers, what the fuck are capers anyway

I have a turkey sandwich with cucumber and lettuce on granary bread completely dry the joys of my building diet haha, i have it everyday too which saves me ordering every day as they know im having it and pre-make it for me!

eating it now, then gym at 12.45 till 2 then i'll have my lovely protein shake, 1 banana
